Description

Provides a multidisciplinary approach to effective management of diabetes and other endocrine/metabolic disorders for adolescents and adults. Services include osteoporosis evaluation and treatment, podiatry care, physical therapy, nutrition education, diabetes self-management education, insulin pump program, and teen programs.
