ONONDAGA COUNTY CLERK

The County Clerk's office is the public record holder for the county. The Clerk's office oversees records dating back to 1794. We are responsible for recording, filing, and preserving legal documents and records pertaining to real property, NYS Supreme Court, and the Onondaga County Criminal Court. Additional services include processing of US passport applications, notary services, issuance of business certificates, sale of hunting and fishing licenses and NYS thruway E-Z passes. We also issue Onondaga County discount FAVOR cards for veterans. Our mission is to provide efficient and respectful service to every resident of Onondaga County.
