Description
Through the City of Buffalo's Emergency Assistance Loan Programs and 50/50 Loan Program, loan funds are available to assist homeowners in need of making health and safety repairs, addressing building code violations, and making emergency repairs to leaking roofs, sewer line breaks, broken hot water tanks, inoperable furnaces, and faulty electrical service. Heart of the City Neighborhoods is able to assist homeowners in the West Side, Upper West Side, Lower West Side, Elmwood-Bidwell, Elmwood-Bryant, Allentown, Central, Masten Park, MLK Park, Hamlin Park, and Pratt Willert Planning Neighborhoods with applications.
