Oswego County residents ages 16 years or older who are no longer in school
Hours
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM
Application process
Intake and assessment to determine eligibility; Adult Basic Education students must take the Test for Adult Basic Education (TABE) reading portion to determine the reading grade level equivalent and English Language Learners must take the BEST Plus or BEST Literacy to assess English speaking skills
