Provides culturally competent and linguistically appropriate assessment, evaluation and response to the service needs of multi ethnic populations suffering from a medical, emotional or social disorder. Offers substance abuse services, HIV services, day habilitation for persons with developmental disabilities, residential care for persons with mild to moderate developmental disabilities, supported housing for special populations, service coordination, information and referral, and cultural competency training.
