Developing inner strength of the generational poverty stricken tweenaged and teenaged population-increasing the odds for success. Confidence building is the core of the curriculum-Wellness Model, Self-Perspective, Self-Discoveries, Outlook, Financial Literacy, Communication, Behavior Modification,Bullying, Personal Vision, Goals, Creating Success and Racism, Bringing understanding to the participants mind; ensuring he or she know their full potential, unleashing intelligence and positive energy-encouraging the greatest degree of success by self -empowerment; achievement. Participants will learn to utilize their inner strength to make positive decisions and choices-taking responsibility for their lives NOW Participants will learn motivation is the foundation to their success-mastering strategies and "tools" from the curriculum to become their own"cartographer". Program provided in a 12 week workshop series-interactive lecture; learning materials provided.

Thwarting gang recruitment and activities,incarceration, criminal at-risk behavior and death-furthering opportunities for economic empowerment, educational experience and personal growth. Possessing the capacity to gain competitive employment, post-secondary education, vocational training, entrepreneur knowledge and armed forces entry.
