The Family Services program is available to any family living in Cortland or Tompkins County with at least one child under the age of 5. Individuals who are pregnant are also eligible to receive services.parenting supportchild development informationdevelopmental assessments for young childrenconnections to community resources to help meet family needs and make progress toward goalsservices are provided through a home visiting method
