This program help provide the 46 school-based Family Resource Center coordinators in professional development, training, and technical assistance. The centers themselves are places for families to participate in programs, get to know other parents and children, find support and information, and access be linked to a school, community, and government resources. FRC work in the following areas: early childhood development, family and community engagement, student development, and family support.

Rockland 21C's purpose is to build a comprehensive support system that links family, school, and community. 21C is a collaborative comprised of 8 school districts, Rockland BOCES, child-centered organizations, teacher centers, colleges, government and business leaders as well as numerous public and private agencies. 21C supports 46 school-based Family Resource Centers focusing on early childhood development, student development, family support and family and community engagement programming.
