Offers supported housing and support services to homeless individuals and families with a diagnosed serious persistent mental illness with possible co-occurring substance abuse disorders. Assistance is offered with daily living skills such as money management, vocational/educational, symptom management, apartment management, and parenting in order to enable residents to live the most self-sufficient lives possible.
