HIICAP educates the public about Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, EPIC , and other health insurance issues . Assists people with Medicare to access needed health care and apply for programs such as the Medicare Savings Program. Provides information or direction to individuals who may be having problems with their health insurance or simply are in need of a Medicare Part D prescription plan.
