No cost tax preparation services offered at the Tompkins County Public Library 2026 appointments start on 2/3 and 2-1-1 will begin scheduling on Monday 1/26Two tiered option for assistance:1. Traditional Tax preparation- Assistance for more complex taxes, assistance for individuals who are not comfortable using web based programs- Income limit $69K per household2.
