HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF PUTNAM

A volunteer organization which builds or rehabilitates simple, decent houses and sells them to families who otherwise could not afford homes of their own. The cost of these homes is reduced by donations of labor and materials. The houses are sold at cost with no down payment and an interest free mortgage.
