Referred by the Tonawanda Police Department, KenTon Schools, or Dennis Albert (specialist with the Juvenile Court).

Pre and post-diversion program for youth arrested for or accused of harm in Tonawanda. Diverts youth away from Family Court in the Town of Tonawanda, both before and after arrest. Youth are given the option of a Restorative Conference, where the responsible youth and their support people meet with those they’ve harmed and community members to discuss the impact of the crime and what might repair the harm. If the youth fulfill their Conferencing Agreement, their charges are dropped.
