Ages 12-21 years Letter of eligibility from the Office of People with Development Disabilities (OPWDD).

Hours

One week program offered during the summer. Hours depend on the county the individual resides in.

  • Offers a summer youth recreation program that builds written language, social, computer, and organizational skills. Program includes trips to or for:

RCIL is a human services and civil rights organization working to ensure equality and independence for individuals with disabilities. RCIL provides assistance to all individuals with any disability regardless of age, income or ability. RCIL's services are consumer-directed and geared toward increasing awareness of an individual's rights and options, as well as the various methods that are available to help them achieve the goals they have chosen for themselves.
