Eligibility

Owner occupants in Onondaga County who have been impacted by COVID and are in need of emergency repairs, meeting income eligibility requirements (80% or below HUD income limits); property taxes, water bill, and mortgage must be current and home must be primary residence

Description

Provides a $20,000 loan at 1% interest with up to a $6,000 grant available to income-eligible homeowners residing in Onondaga County. Loan covers exterior, emergency or health and safety repairs, such as hot water tank replacement, roof replacement, windows and doors.
