Helps low-income and elderly residents of Delaware County to weatherize their homes to save energy costs. Includes: insulating, weather-stripping, sealing leaks, preventing drafts, caulking, replacing broken glass, and puttying windows. Furnaces and boilers may be tested and examined, cleaned and tuned, or repaired or replaced.
