Provides a variety of management and technical assistance services to small businesses and potential entrepreneurs. Includes assisting small businesses with financial, marketing, production, organization, engineering, technical problems and feasibility studies. Makes effort to reach minority members of socially and economically disadvantaged groups, veterans, women, and the disabled.
