Provides injection supplies (syringes, alcohol wipes, antiseptic towelettes, etc.) in order to prevent the spread of HIV, Viral Hepatitis C, and other blood borne illnesses. Accepts used syringes from community members and participants.Offers participants naloxone training and kits, drug testing strips and drug checking with lab equipment to determine the actual substances in a sample brought to the exchange.Mobile services by appointment in: Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, and Tioga Counties.

Provides housing, transportation and disease management training for those living with chronic illness. Reentry services for those returning from state prison and the Broome County Jail.
