Eligibility

NACS certifies foster/adoptive parents of all racial, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds living off-territory in Erie and Niagara Counties. Prospective foster/adoptive parents can be single or married, and working or a stay at home parent. Foster/adoptive parents must be:
  • Able to provide a child with a safe and stable home
  • Adults age 21 and older
  • In good general health
  • Able to provide references
