Eligibility
Must be an Oswego County resident, be a United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States, be employed a minimum of 30 hours per week or verify acceptance of new employment for 30 hours per week, have a valid driver's license, and vehicle must meet title, registration and insurance requirements.
