The Supportive Housing Program assists individuals 18 years or older who are diagnosed with a chronic and persistent mental illness to live in the most independent setting possible in the community. The intent of this program is to increase the community based living options for people with mental illness. These apartments for adults are permanent homes that may be single or shared occupancy.
