NEW YORK STATEWIDE SENIOR ACTION COUNCIL

An organization of individuals and groups across New York State which addresses the patient's rights when there is a problem such as being denied admission to a hospital, an unsafe transfer, premature discharge from a hospital, poor discharge planning, poor quality of care, or lack of post-hospitalization care. We also handle issues with Medicare fraud and Medicare counseling. All of our services are free and available anywhere in NYS.
