Allows veterans the opportunity to record their Veteran Discharge (DD-214) papers free of charge with the Nassau County Clerk's Office. Upon recording these documents, the veteran will be eligible to receive Clerk O'Connell's Veterans Discount Photo ID card which provides discounts at participating businesses throughout Nassau County.
