Responsible for the service of civil papers. Performs income and property executions, serves judicial subpoenas, and delivers summonses and complaints, family court summonses, and criminal court summonses. Works in conjunction with the Oswego County Court Judge and County Clerk's Office to provide the background investigations for all applications for pistol permits and firearms dealer licenses.
