Application process
Applications accepted in person by walk-in during the hours specified above, but if applicants can't show up physically for whatever reason, Heart, Love & Soul will work with them in whatever way necessary. Clients must bring with them: 1. Proof of all household income for the past 30 days, this includes Food Stamp Budget Sheet. 2. Identification for all household members, including verification of children's ages. 3. Social Security numbers for all household members (1 year and older). 4. Picture ID for the person making the application 5. Proof of current address. At time of application, parents will be given a ticket with the date and time of pickup.
