Offers a Syringe Exchange, and provides a variety of prevention and sexual health services to individuals ranging from youth through adulthood. Coordinates a network of Q centers and offers safe places for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth, their families and allies and offers support groups and seeks to promote an inclusive community.
