Provides specially trained volunteers (ombudsman) who work to resolve complaints on behalf of residents of long-term care facilities, assist in the protection of their rights, assist family members, encourage participation in resident councils, and establish good working relations with the facility's administration and staff. Volunteers make regular visits to assigned facilities and are available to residents and family members who have questions or concerns. Volunteers are professionally supervised, and trained.

A community based not-for-profit mental health agency that delivers a wide array of person-centered and recovery oriented services, professional and community education and advocacy. Services include licensed out-patient clinics, housing, vocational support, ACT team, Northern Westchester Recovery Network, Westchester Recovery Network, Family Support, Sterling Community Center, and OnTrackNY (for young adults in the first year of psychosis). Services are available for all ages and are offered on-site at OMH licensed clinics as well as in home and community settings.
