Parent or caretaker of a child age 5-21 with a mental health condition.

Hours

M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM. TU-TH 9:00AM-5:00PM, evening hours until 7:00PM by appointment.

Stand-alone referrals are accepted with written recommendation from licensed providers. Drop in, call, or email for application.

  • Provides support, advocacy, linkage, and referral services. Services are provided by a certified Family Peer Advocate, a provider with lived experience raising and caring for children with mental health conditions. Examples of services include: School advocacy. Basic needs referrals. Emotional support. Health and benefits systems navigation.
