Works with children, adults, and families to resolve issues and concerns of abuse, neglect, behavioral problems, etc., to ensure safety and wellbeing. Oversees Children's Services and Financial Programs including SNAP, Temporary Assistance, Emergency Assistance, HEAP, Medicaid, Foster Care, Adult Protective Services, Child Support and resources to assist in job searching.
