For mental health counseling, call to schedule an intake appointment or go to the Same Day Intake Walk-In Clinic at the Olean Clinic, 1 Leo Moss Dr. Suite 4308, Olean, NY 14760. (See Olean Counseling Center record or official website for days and times.)
For substance use disorder counseling, please call for an appointment.
Call for a crisis appointment if you have an immediate need.
Fees
Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance; also offers sliding fee for individuals without insurance based on income and ability to pay.

Offers a wide range of comprehensive mental health services including counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), individual and group therapy, trauma based treatments, treatment for children, medication evaluation and services. Counseling and treatment available for people having problems with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, anger management, or post-partum depression.
Provides a response to mental health emergencies.
Also makes referrals for Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) and Care Coordination.
