Provides staff, parents, and other community agencies as appropriate in meeting the child's nutritional needs so that nutritional care provided by Head Start compliments and supplements that of the home and community. Provides comprehensive developmental and day care services to 3-5 year old children from low-income families in centers throughout Suffolk County. Also provides services to families of children under 3 and pregnant women through Early Head Start.
