Donations of new toys and books, etc are accepted by the child life department to be used by the children who are both inpatients and outpatients. Also monetary donations are also accepted, and used in a variety of ways, one of which pays for families of children who have no insurance, and are limited in their funds, or a donor can choose a specific area.
