Offers 24/7 toll-free, confidential and multilingual hotline and SMS counseling, support and referrals to local community-based resources for survivors, first responders, and anyone who may be experiencing ongoing distress, anxiety, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts/feelings and other mental health concerns related to a disaster of any kind. A program of the U.S. SAMHSA. Calls and texts are answered by trained crisis counselors.
