Offers HIV/AIDS information including client services, education programs and screened community referrals. Full-time professional crisis counselors staff the Hotline from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Bilingual counselors are available 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, and the Hotline is TTY/TTD accessible.

PROJECT SAFETY NET NEW YORK
Provides HIV and HEPC education, screening, rapid testing and linkage to care. STI education and testing also available (not Rapid). In addition, care coordination services for chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity and depression, case management and nutrition services for HIV are offered. Prevention education workshops also available. Formerly known as LIAAC.
