Eligibility
WIC income guidelines apply, resident of Monroe County with child under the age of 18 years in need of a child safety seat.
Hours
M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Application process
Case manager or social service agency needs to verify income requirements and complete referral paperwork. Once referral is sent into the Office of Traffic Safety, the client can call the office to set up an appointment for car seat education and to receive the car seat.

No fee for services.
