Provides dog control services for the Town of Otisco. Dog control officer will bring stray animals to the SPCA in Mattydale. If the dog is not licensed, the owner must see the town clerk to license the dog and then bring that proof to the SPCA in Mattydale before they will release the dog to the owner.
