Provides a hotline that attempts to return stray pets safely to their owners. For a fee missing pets information is entered into a database, distributed to animal shelters and matched against found animal reports. Also publishes newsletter with success stories and tips for pet owners. Pet ID tags can be purchased containing Pet Line phone and pet's ID number.
