Ages 11-18 with a history of juvenile delinquency or serious PINS behaviors and at imminent risk of out-of-home placement.

Cayuga County- A referral may be submitted through the FAST team: https://cayugacofast.com/Seneca and Schuyler County- All referrals sent by preventive and CPS services.

  • Provides intensive family-and community-based treatment that addresses the multiple determinants of serious antisocial behavior in juvenile offenders. Home-based family counseling. Crisis intervention for at risk youth and families. Anger management for adolescents and youth.
