Provides prescription drug discount cards that can lower the cost of medicine by an average of 35% to Long Islanders without health insurance or who are in need of medications not covered by their insurance/medicare plan. The discount card covers all family members and is accepted at most chain pharmacies and those located within supermarkets. Discount cards may be downloaded from United Way's website at https://www.unitedwayli.org/singlecare. Program formerly known as Familywize.
