Provides free and confidential tutoring in reading, writing, and conversational skills in English in both one-on-one and small group settings for Basic Literacy and English Language Learners.

Provides volunteer tutor training classes for individuals and small groups in reading instruction, English as a second language, and telephone conversation partners. Other programs include volunteer readers mentoring from businesses with children in nearby schools to read aloud during children's lunch time and a computer literacy program, math tutoring, financial literacy, and conversation partners.
