This 14-16 month program is made up of three phases. During the Crisis Phase, which lasts 6-8 weeks, individuals live in home-like atmospheres, sharing work assignments and are introduced to curriculum, Bible Studies, and Christian lifestyles. In the Induction Phase, which runs 4-5 months, students complete the 14 Group Studies for New Christians' and Character Quality classes. During this phase discipline and order are taught through the development and application of Christian Principles. Upon completion of the Induction Phase, male students complete the program at either the Long Island Center or the Training Center in Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania where they continue Bible Studies, attend workshops, and are provided vocational training opportunities.
