Anyone who has a conflict, or dispute. Willingness to participate in a confidential conversation process facilitated by professionally trained impartial mediator. Anyone interested in receiving training in dispute resolution, team building, mediation.

Center for Dispute Settlement, Inc. is a community dispute resolution center committed to providing constructive and effective non-violent preventive and restorative services to individuals, families and communities. Services are confidential and include Custody & Visitation, Divorce Mediation & Divorce Arbitration, Special Education, ACCES-VR, Restorative Practices (Circles), Landlord-Tenant Disputes, Commercial and Contractor Disputes, Restorative Justice for cases of harm or crime, Anger Management, Peer Mediation, Workforce Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), Leadership Coaching, Implicit Bias Training, Small Claims in the following counties: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates.
