Provides representation in civil matters for low income individuals, those with disabilities, and senior citizens. Also provides legal services for housing, welfare, disease or disability, consumer, employment, matrimonial issues, domestic violence, and veterans issues. Information and referral services for utility shut-off, eviction notices and no food emergencies are also provided.
