* Provides a residential health care facility, providing long-term care for individuals with complex health conditions.* Provides long term care for pediatric and young adults with congenital defects, chronic illness or head/spinal cord trauma.* Provides care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. * Offers a short-term rehabilitation program, providing individualized care and treatment to people who have disabling conditions as a result of an injury or illness. Treatment is provided by a team of specialists that are involved in: Medicine. Neuropsychology. Physical therapy. Occupation therapy. Speech and language pathology. Social work. Audiology. Nutrition.* Provides hospice care services.* Volunteer opportunities.
