Youth ages 12 to 17 years with a mental health diagnosis, and have been approved through their SPOA for community residence services

Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM Services provided 24 Hours / 7 Days

Referral to Miriam House approved by SPOA in the county where children's parents reside; call for information

Offers an eight-bed coed community residence for youth ages 12 to 17 years, who are ready to transition from a residential treatment facility or psychiatric hospital, or who are unable to live at home due to ongoing emotional-mental issues.
