Call anytime or drop in during office hours. Schools may submit a truancy referral. Police departments may initiate a referral for Differential Response.

No fee for services.

Eligibility

Monroe County families with school-age children exhibiting challenging behavior. Examples include family conflict, leaving home without permission, violating curfew, struggling in school, aggressive behavior, not following rules, stealing, trespassing, vandalism, gang involvement, sex trafficking, using drugs and alcohol, and school attendance concerns.
