Provides zero interest loans and deferred payment loans to low and moderate income older homeowners for the improvement of their single family, detached owner-occupied home up to $20,000. Repair focus is on code violations and major systems such as furnaces, plumbing, structure, electrical, septic, kitchen, windows, etc.
