Provides one or two home-delivered meals to older adults who are unable to shop or cook on a regular basis and social interaction with a trained delivery person. Eligible seniors can receive financial assistance through Albany County Department for the Aging or a Managed Long-Term Care provider (MLTC) or can be paid for privately.
