Provides nutrition screening, specific supplemental foods, and nutrition education to program participants. Eligible WIC participants include women who are pregnancy or breast-feeding, infants from birth to one year, and children from one to five years of age.

Offers a breast-feeding peer counseling support program to increase breast-feeding rates within the community.
