Cooling/Warming Center is for anyone in need of shelter from extreme temperatures.
Service Area: City of Buffalo.
Hours
School Year: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm.
Summer: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm.
Cooling Center schedule for week of Jun 23rd, 2025: Monday - Wednesday, 7am-3pm.

Fees
Free for city-sponsored activities; some for PAL leagues or special programs.

Recreation programs include: gym and game room activities, pool and ping pong tables, games, arts and crafts.
Serves as a City of Buffalo Cooling Center during times of extreme heat and as a Warming Center during times of extreme cold. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling/Warming Center is open before going there.
